Currently all public classes are taught in a mixed-level format, with challenges for students ranging from very beginning to upper intermediate level. The focus of each class varies slightly, with a mixture of precise Iyengar-inspired asana (posture) work and flow.
Class sizes tend to be rather small (in scale with the tiny town of Bodega), which allows plenty of room for personal attention.
